These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the All-in-One Document Viewer mobile app (the "App"), provided by Your app of the day ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App lets you view PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text documents stored on your device, entirely offline. A free plan is available with ads and the limitations described in §4. A paid subscription ("Pro") removes ads and those limitations.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

  • Trial: New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.
  • Auto-renewal: Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing plan billed at €14.99 per week, charged to the payment method on your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Renewal: The subscription renews weekly at the then-current price until you cancel. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period; you keep Pro access until the current period ends, then the App reverts to the free plan (ads and the limitations in §4 apply again).
  • Price changes: We'll give you advance notice (as required by the applicable app store's policy and law) before any price increase takes effect.
  • Trial eligibility: The free trial is available once per user/App Store or Google Play account; re-subscribing after a previous trial may not include a new trial period.
  • Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK customers): Digital subscriptions can normally be withdrawn from within 14 days of purchase. By starting your free trial and/or subscription, you acknowledge that the service becomes available to you immediately, and — to the extent permitted by applicable law — that this may affect your withdrawal right once the paid period begins. [Confirm the exact wording/consent flow required in your jurisdiction with a lawyer — some EU countries require an explicit, separate consent step before this waiver is enforceable.]
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their own refund policies, not by us directly — we don't have the ability to process refunds ourselves.

4. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan includes ads and the following limits, all of which are removed with Pro:

  • Up to 10 saved documents.
  • Up to 5 document opens per day.
  • Adding files one at a time only (no whole-folder import or full-device scan).
  • Documents can be viewed but not renamed or deleted.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents you add to the App. We don't claim any ownership over them, and — per §1 — we have no access to them since they never leave your device.

6. Acceptable Use

Use the App only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or the third-party services it relies on (Apple App Store, Google Play, AdMob, RevenueCat).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that document rendering will be pixel-perfect to the original file.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your App of the Day is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including statutory consumer-protection rights in your country).

9. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App (or parts of it) at our discretion, with reasonable notice where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovak Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights that can't be waived.
