1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using App Uninstaller: Clean Apps (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is provided by Utility Nest ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of the service
The App helps you see which apps are installed on your Android device, review details about them (size, last used date, version), and remove the ones you no longer need, using Android's own official uninstall flow.
The App does not claim to: detect or remove viruses or malware; "boost" your phone's speed or performance; clean RAM or background processes; silently or automatically uninstall anything without your explicit confirmation; or guarantee an exact amount of storage that will be recovered. Any storage figures shown are estimates based on data reported by Android. Every uninstall requires you to individually confirm it in Android's own system dialog — the App cannot bypass this.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App, and meet the minimum age required by the app store you downloaded it from and by the law of your country. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Accounts
The App does not require you to create an account, and does not collect a name, email address, or password to use its core functionality. Subscription purchases are handled entirely through your Google Play account.
5. Free tier & Pro subscription
The App is free to use: you can browse your installed apps, search, view app details, and uninstall apps one at a time, with ads shown. An optional auto-renewing weekly subscription ("Pro"), which may include a free trial period, removes ads and unlocks additional features such as unlimited batch uninstall, the Unused Apps and Large Apps scanners, and advanced sorting.
- Pricing, trial length, and billing terms are set and displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase, and may vary by region; we do not hard-code prices in the App.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in advance through your Google Play account subscription settings.
- If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy; we do not directly process or store your payment details.
- We may change which features are included in the free tier versus Pro in future updates, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
6. Uninstalling apps is permanent
Uninstalling an app permanently removes that app and, in most cases, any data it stored locally on your device (save files, logins, offline content, etc.). This action is performed by Android itself once you confirm it, and in general cannot be undone by the App. You are solely responsible for reviewing what you select before confirming an uninstall, and for any consequences of removing an app, including loss of data stored by that app.7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to interfere with, disable, or circumvent security or usage-tracking features of any device you do not own or do not have permission to manage;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by applicable law;
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law, or the terms of the app store from which you downloaded it.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the App processes, what stays on your device, and what limited, aggregate analytics and advertising data may be transmitted. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by [DOPLNIT: legal company name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
10. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services — Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Google Firebase Analytics, and RevenueCat — to provide subscriptions, advertising, and basic analytics. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms of service, in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that storage estimates or usage figures shown will be perfectly accurate, since they depend on data reported by the Android operating system.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data (including data belonging to an app you chose to uninstall), arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer-protection rights you may have as a resident of the European Union.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription — you must cancel it separately through your Google Play account settings.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
